EXECUTIVE DIRECTIVE SUMMARY

President Kitarō Nakamura issued this Executive Directive in 4817 to appoint a new Permanent Representative to the World Congress General Assembly.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTIVE:

Whereas it is the Constitutional duty of the President of Seko under Article 64 to appoint the national representative of Seko to the World Congress under the law, and;

Whereas it has been established by law and president that the President of Seko shall appoint such a representative by Directive, with no additional regulations, term restrictions or limits established by the Constitution or the Law with respect to the position,

Be it resolved that the Executive Branch of Seko, as represented Constitutionally by the President of Seko, issues the following Directive to be adopted as law effective immediately:

(1) The Executive appoints Ms. Nishi Hana, Chairwoman of the Sekowan Human Rights Council as Permanent Representative of Seko to the World Congress, and;
(2) Ms. Nishi shall serve in this capacity until she resigns, is deemed or made unable to perform his duties by reason of physical or mental impairment, or is replaced by a future Executive Directive.
