MessageMr. Speaker,

The Prime Minster, doesn't even know the budget of the country and increases the spending by billions and he is now cutting billions with out even a clear majority of seats. This is a minority government while 15 seats remain to be filled.

MessageMr. Speaker,

I have to also, point out this bill will be unbalanced in a mater of time because of the tax cuts you yourself have signed up to in the Government deal. So will the forth budget be the charm.

MessageMr Speaker,

He is clearly uneducated as this budget proposal is proposed by the finance minister and it we have never considered overspending creating debt for future generations like the previous government and this proposal is needed both as a libertarian principle and to allow future generations to not bear burden to a high debt to GDP ratio.

MessageMr. Speaker,

I have to say that Chancellor Fredericksburg must not have read the agreement his party signed on to by going into Government. His own party agreed to keep cutting taxes by 5% which will lead to a deficit. If he can't see that it must of been the Central Bank of 123 ABC and he didn't graduate.

MessageMr Speaker,

We thank the NDP for reminding us of our key manifesto of reducing taxes. That is correct. Mr Layton seems to be not able to wait for the next budget. I hope his enthusiasm for it will result in his party voting for it. And yes more spending cuts may be coming,
