| Let's change this law so that the government has the abbility to set up gated communities. This is a preservation of rights in cases of integration and protection of certain people/religous believes etc. If any private organisation, company, group of people wishes to establish a gated community, they can apply for such to the government. If the government approve such applications the appliers in companionship with the government administrates the gated community. |
