Message | The bodies water is one of the most sacred prizes of war. We must not allow affection for the enemy to allow us to neglect the needs of our people. "You realise we can loot the water of surrendering combatants without killing them?" Most of the human body(by weight) is composed of water. Removing it tends to have a fatal effect on people. |

Message | Sorry? Killing prisoners of war to steal thier water? For a country with coastline, I didn't realise we had such a problem with water that would require us to drink it from the bodies of enemy combatants. Rutania is an advanced and free nation, the idea that we are considering the exectution of POWs is bad enough, but to indulge in some sort of semi-vampirical practice? No thanks! |
