The National Academy of Sciences and Arts and its regional branches are to be founded and provided with subsidies from the federal budget for the implementation of the program of fundamental scientific research, financial support for the fulfillment of the state assignment for the provision of public services to individuals and legal entities, as well as for the implementation of investments in order to support and develop scientific, industrial and social infrastructure. |
