Description[?]:

The formula, inspired by the old Ur Bahra Agreement seeks to diffuse power among the various groups that constitute Barmenistan society.

Article 1
The Big Three - president, prime minister and speaker shall be held by representatives from the country's largest constituent groups. Each shall have 5 deputies, one each from each ethnic group.

Article 2
Each ethnic and religious group shall hold at least one cabinet ministry. Each ministry shall have at least ten ministers of state (junior ministries) each hekfmd by a member of a constituent group from other than the senior minister's.

Article 3
All other senior administrative and military positions etc shall be divided in a similarly representative manner.

Article 4
Gender, regional and age balance shall be taken into consideration in every appointment
