Article 1 - States shall guarantee assistance and financing for farmers while they are exposed to losses resulting from nature, such as rain and others

Article 2 - The state financially takes care of the reclamation of lands and distributes them to farmers

Article 3 - Establishing a national company to convert agricultural products into industrial foodstuffs

Article 4 - Opening foreign investment in the agriculture sector

Article 5 - Granting interest-free loans to foreign and local investors

Article 6- Building warehouses across the national territory to store and preserve the surplus agricultural product

Article 7 - Supporting the cultivation of wheat, barley and fodder in the country

Article 8- All farmers are required to sell their produce to the state

Article 9 - The state is responsible for marketing agricultural products and exporting the surplus

Article 10- The government provides the necessary support for raising livestock

Article 11- Establishing a national feed company

Article 12 - Establishing a national company to produce milk and its derivatives
