Bill: DNA Retrieval Bill

Details

Submitted by[?]: Pro Lodamunese Unitarian Party

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: August 4838

Description[?]:

It has come to our attention that DNA is never recorded, not even from convicted felons, when this could have helped solve many unsolved cases in our nation today. It's time for this to change. This Bill will also set up a National DNA Database that all DNA will be compiled into.

And at the passing of this bill, all incarcerated and, or, recently convicted of any crime in the past 5 years will have their DNA recorded as swiftly as possible, non-negotiable.

MessageMr. Speaker,

we believe that anyone that ever comes in contact with the police should have a DNA sample taken. But we'll support this motion for now.
