We should respect other nations laws and therefore not set a limit on extraditions for suspects/criminals to other nations, if the country seeking extradition provides severe evidence against the accused. In cases where the accused risks death penalty, no extradition will happen.

MessageNo. The suspect is a suspect until proved guilty and as such should not be returned to a Country where any measures can be imposed to force the acceptance of guilt, whether or not the suspect be guilty or not. If we do such a thing, then we have blood on our hands and are no better than the criminals with which we seek, with others, to stop.
