| The RRR transmits a new bill to the National Convention. Some of our members are convinced of the need to re-establish military service. At a time when certain countries in relation with us are in a difficult situation, it seems necessary to give the army the means of a defense policy. Military service is also an opportunity for each citizen to appropriate certain values such as discipline and effort. This proposal contains an article dedicated to military equipment that may be needed by the army. |

Current: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve a term of civilian national service.
Proposed: All adults upon completion of schooling must serve either a term in the military or a lesser paid term of civilian national service, at their option.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change Policy on the usage of drones and UAV's
Old value:: The government does not permit the use of drones and UAVs.
Current: The government approves of the usage of armed drones and UAVs for reconnaissance and military operations.
Proposed: The government approves of the usage of unarmed drones and UAVs for reconnaissance.

| Message | We agree with the second article. However, we propose to the RRR to change the first article to be reformed. We believe that the best option would be that all adults, upon completion of schooling, must serve either a term in the military or a lesser paid term of civilian national service, at their option. With this we believe it would be the best option to let the graduates decide which branch they want to go to, of course both options are mandatory. |
