WHEREAS all idologies, secular or religious, deserve the chance to present their ideas in the intellectual marketplace, AND it is not the place of out government to pre judge which of them will be accepted or rejected; THEREFORE let us set forth the proposition that all ideas are created equal, that they are endowed by their creators with certain unaileniable rights, that among these are promulagation, proagation, and the pursuit of adherents. |

Current: The government determines which missionaries are permitted to visit on a person by person basis.

Old value:: Religions are not permitted to promote themselves or advertise in any manner whatsoever.
