| As the opinion polls show, the Rildanorians only approve 12% of the current system of distribution of the seats of the conventionists. In this system, the most populous states get the same number of seats as the less populous states. This is an anomaly that we want to see corrected. |

Current: A proportional algorithm that gives a very small advantage to larger regions.
Proposed: A pseudo-proportional algorithm that gives considerable advantage to smaller regions.
