| This act of the State Council formally condemns the recent rise of autocracy and apparent fascism in the Holy Luthori Empire. This act directs the State Chancellor and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to take all steps necessary to come to a diplomatic, peaceful solution but authorizes other means and other departments to take whatever action they feel is necessary to handle the recent crisis. |
