Bill: Nomination for Security Council Seat A
Details
Submitted by[?]: Nouveau Parti Populaire
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 4850
Description[?]:
Rildanor's Nomination for Security Council Seat A. We, the National Convention, nominate Kundrati for Seat A of the Security Council, because Keymon, the country we had previously voted for, was removed from the Security Council at the last sessions of the General Assembly for not attending the initial meeting. We also believe that Kundrati has changed and will bring innovative solutions to the Security Council. |

Message | Because the National Constitution only allows the national legislature to nominate those who will go to the Security Council, only this body is able to nominate the seat for which Rildanor will vote. We sincerely apologize to the RRR, the election to the Security Council is approaching very quickly and the deadline for the vote of Rildanor to all seats is December 4850. We ask the RRR to nominate any country for seats C and D of the Security Council, however we will let the RRR suggest and nominate the remaining seats and we will gladly vote for them. We very much agree with the first reform that the RRR is proposing, however we do not agree with the second one, because we believe that Rildanor is a progressive country and we believe that giving the child benefit to all families could benefit them with the payment for the education and health of their children. However, we agree with the first reform. Loïc Pleimelding, NPP National Convention Whip --- OOC: Since the elections to the World Congress Security Council are fast approaching, seat A will be nominated by the National Convention, the other seats will be jointly held by the parties that make up Rildanor. I truly apologize, but we will have to hurry. |

Message | Unfortunately absent from the National Convention whose members are elected by the people, the RRR is not in a position to challenge this democratic decision whether or not it shares the choice. Moreover, it turns out that Kundrati is one of the nations that we could have suggested. But, since we are offered the opportunity to give our official position on the choices that we would have supported in the Convention concerning seats C and D, we allow ourselves to express ourselves. It would appear that Baltusia (C) and Hutori (D) are states that deserve our consideration. Olivia Arnaud RRR spokesperson OOC: No problem! I fully understand the imperatives of this election. I do not fully understand the particularities of the World Congress. |

Message | Mr. Tibor Antall-Kecske, We appreciate that you are campaigning to get your country on the Security Council. However, what you are doing now is foreign interference in the affairs of the Republic of Rildanor and you may be prosecuted in our courts for this. We kindly ask you to please respect the national and international affairs of Rildanor. Rildanor has a lot of respect for Endralon and considers him a great ally, but respectfully and sincerely we cannot allow this. Loïc Pleimelding, NPP National Convention Whip |

Random fact: Did you know you can change the official name of your nation? All you need to do is draw up a new name that is in accordance with the Nation Renaming Guide, pass a bill proposing the name change with a two-thirds majority and then post a request to Moderation on the "Renaming Requests" thread. You can change city and region names in this way too. |
