| As the law states that the Deit votes on appiontments to the world congress, LA wants to call an election to decided who our next WC represenetative should be. We see this role being essential in informing foreign nations about our transition into a true democracy. Also it would be nice of foreign nations to get offical statements from the Luthori government in the WC as so many major countries are keeping a close eye on us. Parties can submit candidates to the speaker and then parties shall express which candidates they would like to vote for. After all parties have spoken and if no candidate got a majority in the second round, the top two candidates will go through to the second round and the one who gets the majority of votes will be Luthori's representative.
