Mr Speaker,
the Government is aimed to ease some regulations in order to eliminate illegal situation in the field of surrogacy, knowing that prohibition never works and that it is better to regulate some situation than prohibit it.

Furthermore, in cooperation with the Ministry of Trade and Industry, we want decrease burocracy for business, so to decrease costs and improve new activities.
