| Members of the Assembly, The PNI members and electorate are staunch supporters of the Empire and Emperor. However, we believe that the political role of the Head of State should become democrocized. The HOS should by principle be completely ceremonial and should have no political responsibilities whatsoever. To accomplish that, my party want to introduce a new public officer: the Political Representative of the HOS (PRH) This officer is democratic elected at the same time as the elections of the Assembley takes place. and is political responsible for all doings of the HOS and Emerial Family. The PRH is the link between the HOS and Government. On the other hand, there will be a democratic check- and balances mechanism in place. The PRH will be the counselor for the HOS concerning political matters. The PRH will also faciltate communications between the HOG and HOS and act as a counselor for the HOG as well.
