| This bill authorizes the Dolgavian Government to depatriotate Fascists and those aligned with the Terrorist Group named Brown Shirts. 1. Fascism Parties aligning with Racism and Sexism and those that the National Assembly deems to be Fascist will be disbanded by force from the Department of the Interior and the Department of Defense 2. This act declares the Brown Shirt Movement as Terrorists and the Government has extraordinary power to prosecute, imprison and deport members of the said organization. 3. Police have the right to arrest those suspected of Fascism and they will get a fair trial. |
