| With the unfortunate passing of Anförarinna Viktoriana, the State Collegium of the Union of Davostan and Kivonia hereby declares, the Princeps Kivonium, Karl August Adriano Gustav Reinhardt, "Princeps Civitatis Rei Publicae" (First Citizen of the Republic) and "Altum Pilae Unionem" (High Pillar of the Union). He will be named the "Commander-in-Chief of the Davostani Defense Forces", and he will assume the Office of "Lawspeaker as Presidency of the Congress". He will with these titles be collectively dubbed "Decurio" Carolus Adrianus, of the Vermillion Dynasty, through the Reinhardtian branch. ALL HAIL THE REPUBLIC! ALL HAIL THE UNION!
