Details

Submitted by[?]: Democratic Party of Luthori (CAL)

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 4870

Description[?]:

Good evening,
My name is Nick Zahari and we're expecting parliamentary leaders to arrive within few minutes. Before they arrive, I'll explain the set of rules which are applied in the debate to the audience. Candidates were already informed beofre their comming and they all agreed. The rules are:
First Phase
-Arter party leaders have arrived, each party lider has 30 seconds (25 words) to introduce himself to the audience.
Second Phase
-The speaker sets 5 questions related to their political platform. It is expected that audience will get more informed about party policies.
-Each candidate has exactly 2 minutes (100 words) to answer on the questions set by the speaker.
-If another party has been mentioned by any candidate within the answer, the "attacked party or victim party" has afterwards 1 minute (50 words) to answer on "attack".
Third Phase
-Audience will ask 4 questions (because there are 4 parliamentary groups and each parlimentary group has one question which they will send me in private chat with the name of the person from the audience and I will put it here in the debate)
-Each candidate has 1 minute (50 words) to answer on each question.
-If another party has been mentioned by any candidate within the answer, the "attacked party or victim party" has afterwards 1 minute (50 words) to answer on "attack".
Fourth Phase
-Each candidate has 1 minute (50 words) to close to debate.

MessageHello, my name is Mary of Hurrington. I am the president of the National Movement. For 5 years, the National Movement has been the true opposition to this left-wing government. My party wants to halt the destruction of our country by the CAL and the LCP.
Our priorities are :
-Stopping immigration and care for our people instead.
-Helping large families with subsidies and help from the state.
-Implementing racial segregation
-Free education for everyone
-More regulations on banks and multinationals in order to have an economy for the people.
-A country with values, without the influence of the left.
-To achieve all this, the country needs a strong leader.

Mary of Hurrington, President of the National Movement.

Dear Mrs Mary of Hurrington, I award you with warning for overusing the time in the First Pahse.
Since there are two candidates and we've been waitintg long enough for other candidates to appear, I propose to move to the second phase of the debate.

First question: What is the program of your parties related to foreign affairs?

MessageIn the next government CAL plans to work with our allies around the world. We will improve links with countries such as Istalia, which we are now supporting to get a seat in the security council. Also we plan to take a more prominent role in the world congress in general showing our leadership to the world. We also plan to reduce tarrifs with other nations where we can. Free trade will lead to cheaper goods to all of this.

MessageThe National Movement wants to step-out of the Istalia-Luthori Partnership Treaty because it is contrary to our national interests. In order to defend Luthorians, we will implement reciprocal tariffs with foreign nations.

Istalia-Luthori Partnership Treaty leads us to the following question. Are you in favour of segregation?

MessageCAL has never been in favour of segregation and will fight against its implementation at all costs. People deserve to be equallly treated and segregation leads to unfair treatment of people in this country. We are ashamed that this country has implement segregation but we are glad that due to us it has been removed for the moment.

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass.
