| 1.) Upon the Passage of this Bill the Federal Republic of Hutori will be hereafter known as the Kingdom of Hutori 2.) The Office of the President of the Federal Republic is hereby abolished and all powers of the Presidency are borne unto the Monarch. Those powers can be devolved to appropriate Ministers of the Crown at the Request of Parliament and the advice of the Prime Minister. 3.) All State Owned Enterprises will be reclassified as "Possessions of the Crown", hereafter known as Crown Corporations. 4.) Members of the Armed Forces will be required to swear Oaths of Allegiance to the Crown. 5.) All Laws and Treaty Obligations held by the Federal Republic of Hutori will be respected and upheld by the Kingdom of Hutori. |
