| With the the Princeps Kivonium, Nikolas August Erik Viktor Reinhardt, now at the age of 20, and his father Carolus Adrianus not yet waking up from his unfortunate coma, the State Collegium declares Prince Nikolas "Princeps Civitatis Rei Publicae" (First Citizen of the Republic) and "Altum Pilae Unionem" (High Pillar of the Union). He will be named the "Commander-in-Chief of the Davostani Defense Forces", and he will assume the Office of "Lawspeaker as Presidency of the Congress". He will with these titles be collectively dubbed "Decurio" Nikolaus, of the Vermillion Dynasty, through the Reinhardtian branch. ALL HAIL THE REPUBLIC! ALL HAIL THE UNION! ALL HAIL THE DECURIO! |
