Passed: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=638075 Approved: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=8606&start=1290#p168617 In accordance with section 7 of the Game Rules (http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=8088&p=145763#p145764), Alduria is a "culturally protected" country. Below is the cultural protocol which all players in the country must abide. Throughout the document, the real-life equivalent is shown in brackets next to the in-game name. The previous cultural protocol can be found here: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=625329 ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ Alduria is a nation in the South of the continent of Seleya with a culture based primarily on France, but developed as a colonial culture. Alduria can be considered an equivalent of Peru, Bolivia, and Ecuador if the predominant language were French instead of Spanish. Alduria is similar to the neighboring nations Kanjor and Rildanor, in that its French culture and language is of colonial origin, dating from the 19th century when the Selucian Empire (the Roman Empire if it was a European colonial empire) took control of Alduria from the Anti (RL: Quechua) and Imiri (RL: Aymara) kingdoms already there. Selucian rule resulted in the modern Canrillaise language (RL: French) emerging as a creole, and when the Selucian Empire collapsed and Alduria gained independence in its modern form, the old Anti and Imiri divisions were replaced with a unified Selucian-influenced identity. Alduria retains small minorities belonging to its indigenous pre-Selucian populations; most of them are fluent in Canrillaise and have Canrillaise names, though some use Anti (Quechua) names. Alduria has a long history of personal union with and influence from Luthori, similarly to the northern neighbor Mordusia. As such there is a significant Mordusian (English Australian and New Zealander) minority. 3% Mordusian (Anglo-Australian and Anglo-New Zealanders) ยป 2% Pinnois (Haitian) ยป 1% Willitu (Mapuche) ยป 3% Other โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ยป 83% Hosian (Christian) ยปยป 77% Aurorian Patriarchal (Roman Catholic) ยปยป 5% Jacquardist (Huguenot) ยปยป 1% Other ยป 10% Irreligious ยป 4% Antimaran religion (Inca religion) ยป 1% Agathist (Cathar) ยป 1% Ahmadism (Islam) ยป 1% Other โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ ๐๐๐๐๐ For Alduria's wiki article, see http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Alduria.
