| In line with http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=638293 Until the Royal Saridan Colony Charter Treaty is signed, this will be considered law, to be passed by majority vote, revoked by majority vote, in both Kanjor and Saridan. Article 1: Saridan colonies are to be ruled by the Kanjorian monarchs. Article 2: The Kanjorian monarch has control over all unsold public lands and his/her Saridan CEO has the power to allocate the lands. Article 3: The Kanjorian monarch shall appoint a Saridan CEO and a cabinet council to assist him/her with the government of the Saridan Colony. Article 4: The Saridan colonies shall elect their own legislature. Article 5: The Saridan CEO controls taxes and expenditure but shall not authorize the payment of his own salary. The colonial legislatures shall have the authority to approve or delay paying a salary to the royal CEO. |
