| The constitutional right and responsibility to propose a cabinet to the legislature should be held by the individual parties in said legislature. Why should the Head of State hold this power. How can it ensured that the coalition put together by the Head of State represent the will of the people. It should be those elected by the people who decide who takes part in the government. |
