| This is an amendment of the LS Organizational Structure and Formation Act adopted on the 1 July 4792 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=629217). This amendment forms the Security Department for Internal Affairs (Davostani: Sikkerhedsafdelingen for Indre Anliggender; Kivonian: Säkerhetsavdelningen för Inrikes Frågor; abbreviation: SEDIA); all former sub-divisions of the Leitz Squadron is put under the authority of the Security Department for Internal Affairs. SEDIA is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. However, at the discretion of the Office of the Rulership Delegation Authority, they can take authority over SEDIA at any time and for any reason. This amendment reorganizes the Armed Leitz Squadron to the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This amendment abolishes the Ministry of LS Affairs. Organizational Structure of SEDIA: - General Staff of SEDIA The General Staff of SEDIA shall be the department in charge of SEDIA activities, it is in simple terms the leadership of the SEDIA. -- General-LS The General-SEDIA shall be the department responsible for general policing and administration for the whole organization of the SEDIA. -- SEDIA-Security Service The SEDIA-Security Service shall be the Leitz Squadron's own security agency, which shall manage the collecting of information and preventing threats to the State from carrying out lethal attacks against the citizens and the institutions of the state. The SEDIA-Security Director shall be the head of the SEDIA-SS. --- Korridorsäkerheten The Korridorsäkerheten (Luthorian: Corridor Security) will be from now on managed by the SEDIA under the authority of the SEDIA-Security Service and shall maintain its original operations as described here: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=628343, with the addition of protection of officials and individuals deemed necessary of protection by the discretion of the SEDIA-Security Service. -- SEDIA-Security Management The SEDIA-Security Management shall be the organization's department that manages files, information, special prisons and camps. The SEDIA-SH shall be headed by the Chief of the SEDIA-Security Management. - SEDIA Court Main Office: The SEDIA Court Main Office shall be the internal legal system for conduction investigations, trials and punishments for the SEDIA. It shall be the only authorized authority to be able to try SEDIA personnel with the exception of SEDIA members who are on active duty within the armed forces (if the case is such, they shall be tried by a military tribunal). The SEDIA Court Main Office shall be headed by the SEDIA-Court Director. The Internal Troops shall be the de facto elite military force of the Davostani state. The Inspector-General of the Internal Troops shall be the head of the Internal Troops.
