==Declaration==
Following centuries of chaos; military coups and failed government structures resulting in national humiliation, economic depravation and international ostracization; it is time for Talmoria to enter the global arena as a stable, democratic nation ready to face the future. Although our nation has been through changes and turmoil, never have our people had true democratic control capable of pursuing their own destiny. Our nation is old, but our state begins today.

Article 1: The country shall be called the Talmorian Provisional Authority (Talmoria)

Article 2: Elections shall be called to appoint a President and a Provisional Assembly to run the country while a constitution is drafted.

Article 3: The international community will be called in to observe the democratic process.

      Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, special care must be taken to ensure realism is maintained when role-playing a government controlled by an ethnic and/or religious minority. If it is to be supposed that this government is supported by a majority of the population, then this should be plausibly and sufficiently role-played. The burden of proof is on the player or players role-playing such a regime to demonstrate that it is being done realistically
