| Message | Mr. Speaker, This Tax plan is cutting taxes by around 7 billion dollars in taxes. As most are aware under the Frost Premiership taxes had been cut for working families and increases for the more wealthy trying to address the fiscal mess we had been in. Now that we have a surplus we in the Coalition are going to bring the taxes back down to a normal rate and tightening the belts of the cabinet post budgets.
