Description[?]:

Greetings,

On behalf of the Aldegarian government, I would like to ask you to consider switching your vote to our nation in Security Council Seat C. For many years the Security Council has been a dysfunctional and poorly managed institution let down by previous members, however in the span of less than a decade Aldegar has managed to work with international partners like Dankuk and Selucia to turn this body around.

During the current Security Council session, we have made progress in a number of areas to make the World Congress a fairer and more just institution for all peace-loving nations of the world. Among these steps were facilitating an end to the conflict in Rapa Pile (see here: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=9087), combatting piracy and the slave trade (see here: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=9093) and ending conflict as a tool of foreign policy (see here: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=9098).

Note that all of these resolutions were passed without objection as a testament to the strong spirit of cooperation that we have fostered at the World Congress, providing a stark contrast to previous World Congress members who have preferred to stoke division and rivalry. Aldegar has been at the forefront of numerous initiatives to improve international communication and cooperation ranging from the upcoming Ramsāhreza Conference (see here: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?p=168652#p168652) to the Seleyan Intergovernmental Council (see here: http://forum.particracy.net/viewtopic.php?p=168724#p168724).

Aldegar has been endorsed by a number of important International institutions including the highly respected organisation Parties for National Sovereignty (http://classic.particracy.net/vieworganization.php?organizationid=5608), which is a sign of our commitment to our principles. As you consider who to cast your vote for in this election, we urge you to consider what other country has such a strong and clear track record of proven success on the international stage. In our opinion there is no other candidate in Seat C that comes close to this level of commitment to international peace and justice.

Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries or suggestions related to this campaign, we hope to hear from you soon.

Yours faithfully,

Ms. Leyli Kianian
Aldegarian External Affairs Minister
