Message | Herr President, It would appear that a party that is arguing for freedom and more personal liberty while looking to fine or potentially imprison someone for speaking their mind on religion. The Dorvish people have, and will always, value religious liberty and we cannot infringe on that. It appears that the State Security Service is going to have to start an investigation into this so-called “reform” movement. Florian Räch, State Council Deputy Free Conservative Party |

Message | Mr. President of the Council of State, It is not up to you to decide whether it is freedom of expression or hateful expression. It is our right as citizens to say what we feel and to be who we are without any impact on our beliefs. I was born a Yeudist from a Beiteynuese mother, and I have always been proud to be a Yeudist and to oppose those who oppress people on the basis of their faith. In my youth, I was repeatedly criticized for my religion. Our judicial system can barely tell the difference between freedom of expression and hate speech. It is time we gave our faith a chance to be respected. Reformers will not tolerate our freedom being trampled on for its values. We will work hard to ensure that our freedom of religion is respected and that our freedom of speech is not violated. Finally, remember that this law also applies in the case where a religious person insults an atheist. Sincerely yours, Heilwig Goldhaber, Director of the Demokratische Reformbewegung |
