Description[?]:

An act to modify citizenship laws and requirements. Multiple citizenship shall hereby be allowed to every citizen of the Commonwealth pursuant to registration procedures as determined by the cabinet and further legislative action, and revocation of citizenship of a country wherewith the Commonwealth is in a state of war may be required with the penalties of not doing so to be determined by further legislation. Citizens who have automatically attained multiple citizenship at birth shall not be required to register except in times of war as provided by the legislature.
