| This royal yassa addresses the expected arrival of Pntek refugees in the Khanate. Article 1 The Mnistrs of Internal Affairs, Tributary States (Foreign Affairs), Defence and Finance are hereby directed to form a committee to facilitate the provision of shelter and resettlement aid to refugees expected from Pontesi. Article 2 All other departments are to assist these refugees as proves necessary and practical. Article 3 Refugees with movable assets worth more than 5,000 LOD shall be required to surrender the necessary sum above that to pay for their care and assistance. By order of Merlkai II Khan. |
