Description[?]:
Under this piece of legislation, our party wishes to establish the Council of Armed Integrity (C.A.I.). This new body will have activity related to military and armed industry, tasked with the vital job of combating corruption, embezzlement, mismanagement, favoritism and politicization of the army. While the CAI is active and an institution independent of the state, laws politicizing the army will be rendered illegal and CAI will disregard them. CAI will have own budget inferred by the ministry of national defence. Around 50 millions LODs per year will be the starting budget, money to be allocated for equipment, headquarter maintainance, workers, bureaucrats as well for the researches done into the army. With this, the roles and powers of CAI will be: 1) Offer annually a comprehensive report over the military and our armed industry, showing mismanagement, where the military does bad and other related sources to officers, soldiers, conditions of working etc 2) Have power to pursue legal cases and investigations against officers and managers accused of corruption like embezzlement, against politicization, favoritism or mismanagement of the situation. 3) Oversee army related activity, for example via committees for the soldiers and other programs to ensure transparency and hear the opinion of the soldiers and industrial workers. |

Random quote: First and second class seats on public transport shall be BANNED! We are all FIRST CLASS people, regardless of whether we are rich or poor and can afford or not afford to pay for a more expensive seat. From now on, all seats on trains, buses, trams, planes and so on shall be the SAME. We will all travel in the SAME way, TOGETHER. ~ Friedrich Pfeiffer General Secretary of the Dorvish Communist Party |
