| Message | The convincing arguments of the PSD lead us mainly to reassess our position: the postal service is a public service which must be rendered for all. If the presence of a national postal service greatly allows this essential service to all Rildanorians, it is undoubtedly necessary that those who call on private companies can benefit from a comparable service. Thus, we are ready to support this bill in order at least to test these new regulations. If these were not satisfactory, we could propose a new reform.
