MessageDear senators.

For decades, our armed forces' potential is continuously being hindered by the inefficiencies brought upon by the government control of the production of our defense assets. It would be more efficient and sensible to enable the private industry to work alongside the government on the production. This would mitigate the inefficiencies and save us billions of taxpayer's money.

MessageSenators,

The government is united in the support of this bill. I would like thank Defense Secretary Cristian Bielsa and deputy defense secretary Sam Galarza Alarcón for putting this bill forward. The potential savings in government budgets and the dividends of economic opportunity this bill provides is well worth its weight. Tens of Thousands of new manufacturing jobs, engineering jobs and office jobs will be created by this bill. We wholly endorse this effort!
