NOTING that currently some parts of Kanjor's government are organized on the local level whereas others are organized on the national level, the PSK hereby proposes that all traces of federalism are hereby reformed in favor of a unitary system of government which represents all of the people equally.

MessageThe Parti Socialiste Populaire cannot accept these proposals, as we believe there must be some level of devolution. However, we admit that devolution needs more clarity, and will shortly propose a predominantly bill using ID articles (see http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=639619) to specify what is devolved and what is not.
