| This amendment will add a two articles to the State defense Law. The First provides certain liberal organizations deemed 'moderate' enough to be able to maintain legal operations should they take an oath to the nation, and the King and Kaiser. Of course, socialists, communists, and republicans will still be suppressed, as all they seeks is totalitarianism or anarchy. The Second would extend the restrictions to Far-Right Fascist parties as well as Anarchists and provides more strict guidelines on the definition of "socialist" "communist" "fascist" "republican" "anarchist", and other "revolutionary" and "reactionary" ideologies. Said guidelines are as follows Ideologies Strictly banned (no loopholes): Communism Socialism Republicanism Anarchism Fascism Ideologies with provisions to investigate, but are not outright criminalized Liberalism (Including Social Democracy, (OOC: But since many Social democrats are inevitably Socialists, and Socialism is banned, their is an RP rich grey area here) |

| Message | OOC: I'm not sure what "Radical" Socialism is, I think socialism would be entirely fine to justify its banning; especially since the mounds of RP to back it up. Communism is fine, Republicanism and anti-Nobility should be paired together, especially given the prominence of the Dorvish nobility in the whole sphere of Dorvik. I don't see why we can't ban "Fascism" but I think that can kinda be used negatively towards right-leaning parties as its far less "clear cut" when it comes to implementation in-game. I mean the bill would also have to be re-written, I prefer my structure to it but that can be handled later. |
