| This is part two of a series of proposals designed to amend the Kizenian Statehood Education and Cultural Reform Act 4895 (http://classic.particracy.net/viewcabinet.php?nationid=33) which entrenched the position of the Kizenian ethnic community at the expense of other ethnic communities. This forms part of continued measures to create a multicultural state. This Bill outlines that Hosianism (https://particracy.fandom.com/wiki/Hosianism) shall be recognised as the official religion of the Confederation with equal status for then three historic Hosian denominations. The three Hosian denominations are as follows; - The Kizenian Patriarchal Church - https://particracy.fandom.com/wiki/Kizenian_Patriarchal_Church - The Independent Confessing Church of Kizenia - https://particracy.fandom.com/wiki/Independent_Confessing_Church_of_Kizenia - The Ameliorate Church of Kuzaki - https://particracy.fandom.com/wiki/Ameliorate_Church_of_Kuzaki The three Churches shall be self-regulating but shall be afforded equal recognition by the state, including the ability to run schools and to avoid tax burdens.
