Description[?]:
It passed some time since last religious demographics update, precisely over 150 years (in-game). So for this, I came up with a new slate. Taking into account RP since last update, it is safe to say that paganism has greatly spread and atheism/agnosticism having some growth too. Most affected religions will be Quaderite, but as well with the slight decline of Lodamese Nationalism as a religion. The following slate with the new values inserted: Agenda: Hosianism - Christianity Yeudism - Judaism Secularism - atheism, agnosticism Jienism - Confucianism Daenism - Buddhism Lodamese Nationalism - Lodamese Nationalism is a state atheist religion centred around patriotism and loyalty to Lodamun. (to not be confused with Lodamese Nationalism as philosophical and cultural movement for strong nation) Paganism is split into two main categories, following different philosophical and theological lines. Classical and well established "Traditionalist Paganism" is renown for their staunchly majorly conservative and pro-tradition stances and values, being found mostly in rural areas, being the main paganic branch that dominated Lodamun and politics for decades. The new paganic waves, especially in the urbanite northern areas is called "Revivalist Paganism" thanks to their belief in presumably older long gone or dying paganic cults recently discovered with few decades back in Kregon. The new difference is also in the highly progressive and rational nature of the new wave, with main denomination being Followers of Ezic Star. Paganic cults: Traditionalist- >The strains of Kregonian neo-animist witchcraft >Jahmaikan mountain denominations >Lodamese Esoteric Elderpath >Lodamese-Likatonian forest polytheism >Neo-Shadowist schools of belief >Kregonian Auroch Cult >High Temple of Lindar >Miscellaneous pagan Lodamese faiths Revivalist: >Followers of Ezic Star >Heart of Jal >Daizoni >Golavian Ezicism >Followers of Nauru Star >Cup of Dios (these are planned to be talked about in a forum post) Kregon: OLD SLATE: 69.9% Paganism 11.2% Hosianism 6.3% Secularism 6% Lodamese Nationalism 2.3% Yeudism 4.2% Other NEW SLATE: 72.3% Traditionalist Paganism 13.9% Revivalist Paganism 6% Secularism 4.3% Hosianism 3.2% Lodamese Nationalism 0.3% Other Rapula: OLD SLATE: 37.6% Secularism 29.5% Hosianism 20.3% Lodamese Nationalism 4.4% Paganism 2.3% Yeudism 6% Other NEW SLATE: 46.4% Secularism 14.1% Lodamese Nationalism 12.4% Hosianism 11.7% Revivalist Paganism 11.3% Traditionalist Paganism 1.1% Yeudism 3% Other Norstavan: OLD SLATE: 62.2% Secularism 17.2% Lodamese Nationalism 7.1% Hosianism 5.1% Yeudism 3.6% Paganism 1.7% Daenism and Jienism 3.1% Other NEW SLATE: 55.1% Secularism 20% Revivalist Paganism 10% Lodamese Nationalism 8.4 Traditionalist Paganism 4.3% Hosianism 1.2% Yeudism 0.6% Daenism and Jienism 0.4% Other Golavia: OLD SLATE: 36.5% Paganism 25.8% Hosianism 19.1% Lodamese Nationalism 10.9% Secularism 2.3% Yeudism 1.5% Daenism and Jienism 4% Other NEW SLATE: 37.8% Traditionalist Paganism 16.5% Revivalist Paganism 15.3% Secularism 13.6% Lodamese Nationalism 12.4% Hosianism 1% Yeudism 3.4% Other Andalay: OLD SLATE: 56.1% Secularism 17.4% Lodamese Nationalism 8.1% Hosianism 8.1% Yeudism 4.5% Daenism and Jienism 1.6% Paganism 4.1% Other NEW SLATE: 53.2% Secularism 17.1% Revivalist Paganism 10.5% Yeudism 7.5% Lodamese Nationalism 6.4% Hosianism 1.7% Traditionalist Paganism 1.5% Daenism and Jienism 2.1% Other |

Message | Just to throw in when I briefly played in Lodamun (http://classic.particracy.net/viewparty.php?partyid=41587) I had the intent to set up a small Mormon type group, the Restorationist Church of Eliyahu and Latter Day Hosians (http://classic.particracy.net/vieworganization.php?organizationid=5615), it would be amazing if they could be given 1%... |

Message | OOC: I'd imagine they'd go under the Andalayan "Hosians". Hosians really aren't numerous enough to justify different colours on the map or separate slices on a pie chart. |

Message | OOC: I will then, at some point, make an updated version of the religious map with those new values. I have all the files and layers of the old map in a folder somewhere, so it shouldn't be very painful or difficult to change stuff. |

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset. |
Random quote: "I have a dream that one day, down in Alabama, with its vicious racists, with its governor having his lips dripping with the words of interposition and nullification; one day right there in Alabama, little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers." - Martin Luther King Jr. |
