| This proposal provides an update to the original version passed in 4899 - http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=640377 The Education and Culture Minister believes that now is an appropriate time to offer greater cultural and linguistic protection to the Confederations smaller ethnic minorities (see here http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=640803). The Minister therefore proposes the following ethnic and linguistic minority communities are free to establish school under either the public or private sector that cater to the specific linguistic requirements of the following linguistic communities; Dundorfian (German) Sullestian (Finnish) Dolgavan (Latvian) However the Education and Culture Minister notes that this is a privilege for these minority communities. This privilege does not confer status as an Official or National language, rights which are reserved for the Kizenian and Zyldavian languages (Official Languages) and Kazukian (National Language) as per the following http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=640340. Students at schools studying primarily in Dundorfian, Sullestian and Dolgavan will also have to learn Zyldavian and Kizenian. |
