Life is too precious
and we know how many lives we could save with organ donation,

therefor, we should not pay attention to (familly values), if we can save a live by giving an organ to someone, we must do it. without caring if the dead person wanted to be an organ donor or not,

MessageThis text is embarrassing; While it is true that saving a life through organ donation should not be thwarted by personal considerations, we cannot ignore that our bodies are ours. With this text, we would lose the future of our body. We are not in favor of this text, but we will abstain from voting.

MessageCompulsory organ donation is about taking the functional organs of dead people and using those organs to save lives.

Maybe Mr Saint-Simon can explain to us, how the dead really need their organs.

MessageIt is not a question of knowing if the dead need their body, but of the right of each of his people to freely dispose of what belongs to them, to sipose their bodies as they wish.
In the same vein of deviance, we could very well have to all living to donate one of their kidneys since only one is enough to live.
It is not only life which is sacred, death and respect for the will to dispose of oneself too.
