Bill: Urgent Call for Early Elections due to the "Patriot Act"
Details
Submitted by[?]: Alianse Progresivitāte
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill requests an early election. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline. Elections will be held immediately if the bill passes.
Voting deadline: December 2222
Description[?]:
Due to two factors, we are forced to call for new elections. 1) The apparent impossibility of forming a coherent government when the legislature is split exactly evenly, and 2) The 81-item "Patriot Act," which we hope and plan to kill by calling early elections any time said bill is placed for a vote. We believe that bill to be dangerous to all parties no matter how they vote (yes, no, or abstain will all have severe effects), therefore we plan to stop it from being voted upon. ... after all, it's not like we're voting on anything regularly. ;-) |
Proposals

Message | Actually I think that all voting for or against it will do is raise your visibility. There are so many contradictory articles in there that it has to all balance out in the end... |
