Bill: Agricultural Economic Security Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Front for State Prosperity

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 2223

Description[?]:

A bill to strengthen Likatonia's agricultural system and ensure that this "ground economy" is not threatened.

We would note that we do not sanction coercive measures to encourage farms to merge together. Rather, the state-owned farms will be created with that policy. For privately owned farms we shall pursue the following policy: private farms who see their owners go bankrupt will have the land given away to adjacent farm owners, and private farms who seek to merge with each other shall have preferential treatment within the bureaucratic system of government regulatory bodies.

MessageMore curious legislation from the FSP. Axis Mundi Revolution! is becoming somewhat enamoured of this new FSP leadership.

Article 1 looks good to us, but we don't think it goes far enough. We are happy with Article 2, but don't understand what the FSP is 'selling'... do they believe there is advantage in larger farms?

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer.
