| The People's Democratic Republic of Cobura faced with enemies, internal and external requires only a single party with full revolutionary credentials to protect aforementioned revolution. Article 1 The Coburan Revolutionary Socialist Congress (CSRC) is the only party allowed to operate and organise politically in the People's Democratic Republic if Cobura. Article 2 Violation of this law shall lead to imprisonment of no less than ten years. Article 3 The Minister responsible for internal security shall be entitled to issue orders governing the implementation of the law. Article 4 Organisations or individuals which aim at overthrowing the established socialist order in the country shall be dissolved or detained without trial for up to five years. OOC: This is a RP law which can be repealed with a simple majority of the vote. It is a voluntary law which will not be automatically enforced on any party although the government may harass your party with your consent. New parties are encouraged to roleplay party factions, resistance movements etc although of course, they retain the right to play any party.. |
