MessageMr Speaker,

We once tried to pass a bill like this, but major parties voted against this, we hope that they have changed and now are thinking about the people and their welfare.

MessageMr speaker, my party is split on this bill we want to help peoples welfare by protecting them from seeing things like this, but also we do believe people should have the freedom to do these acts. We may have to abstain unless one side makes a compelling argument.
