Description[?]:

After becoming law this bill will set up the rules of procedure in the Assembly.

I. Speech
Article 1- Members of the Assembly shall direct their speeches not to the whole Assembly, but to the Speaker. They shall start their speech with "Mister Speaker" or "Madam Speaker".
Article 2- Members of the Assembly shall end their speech by stating their name and appellation.

II. The Speaker
Article 3- The Speaker is elected by fellow lawmakers in the first session of the Assembly and is expected to be non-partisan and impartial.
Article 4- The Speaker is responsible for maintaining discipline and order during debate. Should one use unparliamentary language in the Assembly, the Speaker invites him/her immediately to avoid speaking in that manner, and to leave the rostrum if he/she refuses to comply.

OOC: This is a voluntary RP law. It can be repealed by a simple majority vote in the legislature.
