Bill: Court System Reform Act.
Details
Submitted by[?]: National Confession Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 4918
Description[?]:
This bill if passed will introduce regional courts. Having all courts under the control of the national government increases needless bureaucracy and the chance of corruption within the legal system. Regional courts would allow the court system to be held directly accountable by the citizens of the Duchies. Citizens will still have the ability to appeal to a national court if they believe there has been a error within a regional court. |
