| Upon the passing of this bill the following will take into effect. Article 1 "Monopoly" -The Communist Party of Deltaria shall be the only legal and recognized federal political party in the FDSR, all other parties shall not be recognized as legal and will be cracked down upon -The Communist Party of Deltaria shall operate affiliate branches in each of the Republics within the Federation which are ultimately subject to the authority of the federal party but may operate nominally independent. These branches shall be: Dissuwan Social League Doron Akigan Communist League Ushalande Communist League -The Communist Party and its affiliate branches are the only legal, recognized and allowed parties to operate on a local, state and Republican level. Article 2 "Factions" (this article is written OOCly) -The Communist Party of Deltaria is official Centralist. This means it forbids different factions and groups from forming within the party. However, as its the only legal political party, players can indeed play as a unnoficial "faction" of the party. -A player playing in Deltaria can pick different ideologies to play with, just like any other party, once decided the player should rename his/her party to "Komunistická Strana Deltarska - *Ideology*" for example the "main" party is named the Komunistická Strana Deltarska - Establishment. -Despite being able to pick a ideology the main ideals of the party must be visible (So no Monarchist faction in a communist party for example, general communist ideals still apply) This RP law is binding.
