MessageCompletely oppose.

Why not?

Animal cruelty, for one. Keeping endangered animals as pets for another. Keeping dangerous animals around children and neighbours. Encouraging the trade in exotic animals (which are often endangered).

This is not a good idea.

Message"Keeping endangered animals as pets for another. " That is a different law; I believe only zoos can keep endangered animals.

"Keeping dangerous animals around children and neighbours." The Proposed: "...the owners of dangerous wild animals must take the necessary measures to ensure they can't escape." It seems both your arguments are void.
