Article (1) - This act of the interim Kalopian Parliament formally names the government of Kalopia the "Ministerial Council of the Kalopian Republic" (Kalopian: Υπουργικό Συμβούλιο της Καλοπικής Δημοκρατίας; Ypourgikó Symvoúlio tis Kalopikís Dimokratías) with the Prime Minister of the Kalopian Republic as the head of the Ministerial Council;

Article (2) - The President of the Republic as the head of state and overall leader of the Kalopian Republic is included as an ex officio member of the Ministerial Council and when present co-chairs the meetings with the Prime Minister and possesses similar authorities over the Ministerial Council;

Article (3) - The Ministerial Council will include the following offices:
-- Office of the Prime Minister (including Deputy Prime Minister(s))
-- Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
-- Ministry of the Interior and Administration;
-- Ministry of Finance;
-- Ministry of National Defense;
-- Ministry of Justice;
-- Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport;
-- Ministry of Health and Social Services;
-- Ministry of Education and Culture;
-- Ministry of Science and Technology;
-- Ministry of Food and Agriculture;
-- Ministry of Environment and Tourism;
-- Ministry of Trade and Industry;

Article (4) - The Prime Minister of the Kalopian Republic has the authority to appoint and dismiss Deputy Prime Ministers and each respective Minister has the authority to appoint Deputy Ministers as they see fit.
